Pastoral Summit 1413
Hawthorne Rd Wilmington, NC 28403 To Whom
it My Concern,
Our organization recently hosted a
national pastoral conference at the Adam's Mark San Antonio Riverwalk (April 28
- 30, 2003). This was one of three regional conferences this year, which attract
both Protestant and Catholic pastors and lay leaders from throughout the United
States. After contacting several music stores and
local music venues in San Antonio, I narrowed our "live" entertainment
down to the one man, and one band, that unanimously received the highest accolades.
And, when Jesse Garza and Acoustic Dream "hit-the-stage," I knew why
they seemed to be San Antonio's favorites. From the first note, their smooth harmonies
provided the perfect touch for the ambiance we set out to create. But
not only were these guys extremely musically talented, they were professional.
As per our contract, they arrived in ample time to set up equipment, connect with
our staff and rehearse. Furthermore, they were playing before the first person
walked into the ballroom. In fact, they were so good,
we had them back a second night for a special conference dinner we hosted at the
hotel. Though neither my staff nor myself live in
San Antonio, when we come back, we will look for Jesse Garza and Acoustic Dream.
Our trip to San Antonio would not be complete without indulging ourselves with
their exceptional music. Sincerely, Paul
